We would ship out your couple jewelry within 2-4 days after order placed. Normally package would be sent from Shenzhen and Hong Kong, in holiday season, parcel might also be shipping from CA or London.

Normally shipping to North America including USA, Canada and Mexico takes 6-14 days.
To West Europe countries such as United Kingdom, France, Spain, German, Italy, Netherlands, Poland...etc, Delivery takes 6-14 days. To East Europe countries takes 8-20 days.
To Asia countries, shipping takes 5-15 days.
To the rest of the world, delivery takes 10-22 days.
Returns and exchanges
We offer a 30-day warranty for couple bracelets and other couple jewelry from the date of delivery, and will either provide a full refund or a new replacement if products were defective or broken during transportation.
